PayAudit provides an AI-powered invoice auditing platform that helps mid-market companies (revenue $20M-$200M) identify pricing discrepancies, verify contract compliance, and optimize vendor management. Our service includes:

Document Accuracy: You acknowledge that PayAudit's AI extracts and analyzes data from documents you upload. The accuracy of audit results depends on the quality and completeness of source documents. Always verify critical findings independently.

Important: PayAudit audit results are advisory in nature. They do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, or certified accounting services. You should independently verify all findings and consult with qualified professionals before making business decisions based on audit results.
PayAudit shall not be liable for:
The total liability of PayAudit, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Pricing: PayAudit is offered at $250/month base subscription plus a 10% fee on recovered overpayments identified through our platform.
Billing: Fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
Termination by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

Data Deletion: You retain full ownership of your documents and extracted data. You can request complete deletion of all data at any time by contacting support.
Your Data: You own all documents, contracts, invoices, and data you upload to PayAudit. You retain full ownership and are solely responsible for the content you upload.
PayAudit Platform: The PayAudit platform, including our AI models, algorithms, user interface, and methodology, are proprietary and protected by intellectual property rights. You may not:

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes: Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Arbitration Location: Arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware.
Notwithstanding the above, PayAudit may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm.
